Reconnect with Our Body, Our Compassionate Planet & Our Evolutionary Story
With Hasita Nadai & Brahmani Liebman • September 15 – 17, 2017
During our sacred time together we will use the practices and the beauty of our environment to touch into and reconnect ourselves with the whole of this precious life.
As we navigate body, mind, heart and spirit through the practices of Yogagaia, Active & Yin Yoga and Meditation we will explore the inquiry of “Who Am I?. This question invites us to listen deeply to source, planet and awareness itself to reveal the truth of who we are.
Being in the beauty of Metta Earth Institute provides a container and environment to live in the present moment and come home.
