In the beginning of the beginning there was Light. The identity of this mystical cosmic light has fascinated throughout time. Some see it as a primordial urge in the universe that moves us along towards greater consciousness. Others see it as an endless light that fires creation and creativity while various people see it as the Big Bang. We stand now on the edge of old mystical exploration of paradigms and on the brink of new ones.

Let there be light

  • How may we best identify ourselves with this irreversible spiral towards enlightenment?
  • How may we find our unique part in it?
  • What does it mean to truly open up to the Light?
Mystical Exploration – Yogagaia and Vital Movement:

Please join us for a mystical exploration into these questions that will unite the disciplines of Yogagaia™, Vital Movement™, and Otiyot Hayyot (Sacred Hebrew Letter Movement). Our journey into Mystery will include and be enriched by sacred chant, movement, textual gleanings, and shared inquiry.

The task of Yogagaia is to heal us from our cultural estrangement from Earth and its Life Community. Thus, its aim is to guide us toward a new paradigm: moving from an anthropocentric view of the world toward an ecocentric view.

There will be lightHasita Nadai, MA, MS is the creator of Yogagaia, a deep ecologist, a Professional Registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher, RYT, who teaches yoga for children and adults. Hasita is a Reiki Master and practices Energetic Medicine Healing.
